9 Android apps that are the envy of iPhone users
November 20, 2016

There’s no doubt that the iPhone is the “app” phone – the first device that developers make their apps for and the device that has the most beautiful and user-friendly apps. But on the other hand, there’s no denying that Android has more apps, some of which are particularly good. These apps take advantage of the great freedom of the Android to manipulate and modify the actual operating environment. Let’s take a look:

  • muzeiMuzei: This free app changes your wallpaper every day with a new work of art. A nice way to keep your phone interesting and classy.
  • muzeiHoverChat: This application will allow you to continue a conversation while using any other 'app' (or even while watching a movie) by placing the chat in an almost transparent window which you can move around.
  • muzeiCover: This app detects whether you're at home, at work or in the car and places the 'apps' you use most in each location on the front screen for easy access.
  • muzeiLight Flow: Using this app you can customize your phone's LED for notifications. You can use one color for emails, another for SMS, or chat.
  • muzeiCerberus: Possibly the best anti-theft application ever created, this not only allows you to track your stolen device, it also lets you do a host of other things that will help you nab the thief. You can set off a loud alarm, wipe the internal memory and SD card, lock the device with a new code, record audio from the microphone, get a list of last calls sent and received and get info about network and operator the device is connected to.
  • muzeiLux:Allows you greater control over screen brightness, even allowing you to reduce the brightness below zero, so you can better enjoy your nightly reading.
  • muzeiLocale: This little beauty uses advanced artificial intelligence to change your settings depending on where you are – when you’re work or even sitting in a court room, your phone will be put on silent. It can automatically change wifi, background, app placement – in fact almost anything.
  • muzeiGoogle's Sky Map: Just point Sky Map at the sky and you'll find the constellation you’re looking at.
  • muzei VLC Player: This free app allows you to play virtually any video format that you download to your device.
